Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date on your invoice. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Email your return request to: contact@yumichen.com
2. Send all item(s) and a copy of your invoice in original condition and packaging to:

3. Within 1 week of receiving your returned items, our Quality Assurance Department will review all returned merchandise and email notification to you. A full refund will be issued. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.*

* We reserve the right to refuse a return. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender.

Yumi Chen Designs will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments.
